Winter Monday Homeschool Printmaking

Service Description

No class January 20th for MLK Jr. Day. Please join me for a printmaking art session for ages 10 and up. In this session, we will learn the process of printmaking, drawing our subject, carving a rubber block and using ink to reproduce the image. This advanced class is for students ages 10 and up, but no prior experience is needed. Beginners are welcome. Step-by-step instruction is provided. We will use sharp carving tools and an X-acto knife. Strict safety instructions will be given, but cuts are possible when using any sharp tools. You will be asked to fill out a risk acknowledgment and release of liability form. Parents, please drop children off and pick up at the end of class. If you are new to the studio, feel free to walk your child in on the first day. Parents do not stay for class. Parking on my side of the street only. Students will be dismissed on the driveway after class. Please go around the block to drop off and pick up, much like a school pick-up line to help alleviate congestion for my neighbors. Policies: *Cancellation policy: 7 days from the start of the session is required for a refund (minus the transaction fee). Cancellations within the 7 day window will not be refunded or made up. Thank you for understanding.  *Missed classes, even due to illness cannot be made up or refunded. *A student who displays consistent disruptive behaviors may result in termination of the remaining classes in the session.
