Service Description
Summer Camp Waitlist Afternoon camps are for students ages 9 and up. Younger siblings have to attend morning camps, so if you have both big and little kids, register for the morning camp waitlist. Please fill out the form with all of the information, including the age your child will be by June 2024. I will contact you with a text if a spot opens up. You will have 2 hours to respond before I move to the next on my waitlist. Please respond to the text yes or no. Payment will be required to hold the registration if you accept. I can keep you on the waitlist if a date does not work. Let me know if you wish to be removed from the this list. Last minute openings will be posted on the website, and my Facebook page. They will be for the first to respond, as I don't have time to contact individuals at the last minute. Please like my Heart & Soul Art Studio Facebook page if you want to see notifications. The August 3rd date listed here is not a scheduled class date. It's just a placeholder that allows me to post the waitlist on the website. Dates vary weekly through June and July and will be specified as I contact waitlist families with openings. Ms. Jenny

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a class or session, 7 days' notice is required. Refunds minus the transaction fee will be given prior to 7 days. Within the 7-day window, no refunds or credits will be provided. No exceptions. Any refunds issued will be minus the transaction fee.
