Dear Art Families,

Your child is enrolled in art classes at Heart & Soul Art Studio. I do my best to keep the studio clean to keep your family and mine as healthy as I can. Please acknowledge the safe practice guidelines and photo release below. I can’t wait to see your child!

I will not hold Jenny Hare or Heart & Soul Art Studio personally or financially responsible in the event that my child gets sick attending an art class. I understand that I am sending my child to in-person classes with the risk of possible exposure to Covid-19 and other illnesses, though all precautions have been taken to protect the students in attendance.

I agree to keep my child home if they are showing symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat

Cancellation Policy: I understand that 7 days is required for after school and homeschool classes. 7 days is required to cancel a summer camp. Canceled classes, even due to Covid-19, within the specified window will not be refunded or made up. (Please consider offering your spot to a friend if your child cannot attend.
